The Allen Group’s team of Managers is made up of multi-disciplined professionals in the positions of draftsmen, estimators, buyers and project managers. The Operations team is composed of superintendents, foremen, technicians, pipe fitters, mechanics, workforce, skilled workers, carpenters, truck drivers and welders. Finally, our Administrative team is made up of coordinators, administrative technicians and clerks.
As for the Direction, it is made up of administrative and financial directors in civil engineering, process engineering and drilling. It is responsible for creating and maintaining employee awareness for the importance of satisfying the specified requirements, ensuring the availability of resources and finally, directing and supporting the company.
